Todd joined Creighton University’s Heider College of Business in 2008 as a faculty member. He spent the last six years in administration before returning to the faculty. Prior to earning his PhD at the University of Iowa’s Tippie School of Business, Todd worked as a registered representative at a large financial services firm and as an analyst at both Maytag Corporation and Pella Windows.  He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from Iowa State University.

Todd loves music, movies, fishing, and sports. He spends most of his free time coaching and refereeing youth sports. He is married with two sons and lives in Papillion.
